yes it will kill you, if you don't stop observing lent because it is against the doctrine of Christ. And God won't listen to you're prayer.

No. Lent is the place you quickly from some thing you like and incredibly appreciate. in case you provide up Lent (fasting) on the grounds which you like fasting very a lot and incredibly appreciate it, and that's confusing so which you will provide up fasting, then this is great.

Try going to more Masses. Try saying the Lord's Prayer. Also keep in mind the spirit of lent. Try to remember the reasons why we give up certain things. Maybe you could read Luke Chapter4. That is the story of Christ in the wilderness. Can your sacrifice help you understand Him and His sacrifice more fully? If you think it can you can reflect on it. I don't know what else to tell you except Peace be with you.

Give up something more important.

Look at your bad habits.

Are you cynical?
Are you sarcastic?
Do you gossip?

Find the one bad habit that hurts your relationship with God the most.

Work on that bad habit during Lent and then when Lent is over keep working on it.

With love in Christ.

"Oh, Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for sins against the Immaculate Heart, I offer this sacrifice to Thee."

These are the prayers that the Blessed Virgin taught at Fatima. There are two more prayers that were taught through the Message of Fatima, and these prayers in fact, were taught by Our Lord Himself.

Sister Lucy was in Rianjo, Spain in 1931 praying for the conversion of Europe, Portugal, Spain, of Russia and the world, and Our Lord spoke to her as she was praying. He said,

"You console Me a great deal by asking Me for the conversion of those poor nations. Ask it also of My Mother, frequently saying, Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world'."

He dictated another prayer at the same time.

"By Your pure and Immaculate Conception O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the entire world".

Just go back to what you like and give something up that is real easy like not drinking vinegar or eating table spoons of salt. That should be easy to give up, or not?

Why don't you just quit worrying about it? God is imaginary anyhow.
