"Extinct" implies there ever was one. There was not.

God is alive. He is not extinct. If He is extinct, that would mean He once was alive and then He died. God was alive and He will always be alive. He has no beginning and no end. Jesus died but He rose again from the dead so He is not extinct. I know God is alive because He talks to us everyday. He gave us everything we have. He gave us our lives. He allows me to breathe. He gave me my talents and gifts. He gave us everything. Everything exists because of Him. He made the sun, moon and stars. He made the universe. He made the trees and the flowers. These things prove to us that God exists because nothing exists unless someone made it. God is the Supreme Being. He is not extinct. Creation, the Scriptures, the Prophets, the Apostles, the ministers of God, our parents, our brothers and sisters, our cousins and uncles and aunts, our communities, our country everyone knows that God is alive. Billions of people believe in God. Only a few don't know Him yet. Even the calendar and the date or year tells us God is alive. God answers our prayers everyday. He makes us happy everyday. He blesses us everyday. Many know Him and this is why they believe.

If you are asking about the One True and Only Living God (Yahweh / Jehovah). The creator and sustainer of all things on, in, and around this world. Yes, He is still very much alive.

How do I know this? Because, Islamic, Buddha, all the Roman, Greek, Egyptian, Hindu, and all other "gods",- NEVER did anything for us (humans). God / Jehovah / Yahweh is the ONLY ONE - who gave of Himself - so that WE CAN FREELY BE GIVEN eternal life! The Only thing, that He requests of us is to accept that free gift. He does not send anyone to hell, we who do not believe in Him; send ourself there.

He is the Only True God, because He is the Only God; who took upon himself All Our Wrongs / Sins.

Mohammed was not willing to die for his people - neither did 'allah'.

Buddha was not willing to die for his people.

None of the Egyptian, Roman, or Greek 'gods' were willing; to take upon themself all the wrongs of their 'followers' and die for them. So that those 'believers' can be given eternal life, simply by having faith.

Yeshua / Jesus Christ, came to this planet and lived as a human; when He did not 'have to'. He could have chosen NOT to take our sins upon himself, die, and rise again; so that we can by faith will be given eternal life. Yahweh, is the Only God, we are told in His Holy Word; who Loves ALL PEOPLE of this world. He does not push his ways on us.

But at the same time, He will not and is not capable of telling us a lie; about the Laws governing His Kingdom. Which says, that if we do not freely accept His Son, Jesus Christ, we will not be citizens of His Kingdom. Why does He do this? For the same reason that any nation has rules, and regulations. So that the citizens, know the Laws, and the Punishments for disobeying them.

I know that this is harsh for some people to accept. But, just because you do not believe in Him, do not want to follow His Ways, or have the opinion that He is not real or alive. Does not and will not make, His Holy and Just Word or Laws invalid.

May Yahweh's Blessings be upon all of you. He has taught us to Love our neighbor as we do ourself, Love our enemy, and Pray for those who persecute us.

No, He's still alive and kicking. If He wasn't then the universe would have imploded into kaotic oblivion by now.
