Eat whatever you feel like eating, if you can. If you don't have an appetite, try ensure nutritional drinks. I used those a lot with my husband when he was undergoing chemotherapy. They provide wonderful nutrition, and don't taste too badly either :)

Feed a fever and starve a cold
just eat light meals and don't eat like its going to be your last meal. Toast and some turky ala king on top or good old S.O.S.
chit on the shingle to the newbies...eat a light lunch and for gods sake stay away from the dairy products...yuck..causes mucus..ewww drink loads of water,, vernors, seven up..a light soda ...lemonaide made with real lemons...maybe a shot of Vodka? or two

If you don't have much energy for cooking, scrambled eggs and fresh orange juice; if you can manage it, a serve of green and one of yellow/orange vegetable, beans, peas and an orange or grapefruit.
