I am interested in immigrating and heard Canada is easy to get a visa for..... I am just scared of Canada incase people do really look like that.... let me know thanks

Yes, the ones that I met do. But I hear that there are many there that look just like regular people.
When entering Canada, make sure that you ask the boarder patrol officials about your concern :)
