I am trying to watch my sugar by just getting the amount I need so can someone help me!

no white sugar period. do fruits and vegetables and grains and all tha that good stuff along with your animal protein at a minimum. if you must, sweeten with honey or agave syrup... don't kill the beverage or food with too much of either... and of course, go organic whenever you can.... if you need more detailed info, go online or to your local bookstore and pick up a book on nourishing your body w/ the right stuff...

You don't NEED sugar at all. You can get what you need from fruits. Read ALL the labels, unless it says NO SUGAR it will have sugar in it.

The less the better. it not only rots your teeth, but is fattening. I use Nutrasweet to sweeten my coffee.... nothing else tastes like sugar.

I TRY TO KEEP MY SUGAR INTAKE DOWN. I MIGHT MELT WHEN IT RAINS. JUST TRYING TO GIVE A GIGGLE ON WHAT SEEMS TO CONCERN YOU. READ YOUR SIDE LABELS ON STORE BOUGHT FOODS, SCAN THE WEB FOR MORE PRECISE INFO.
