Language is just something that we can either speak orally or write down in order for us to express our own thought, or to communicate with others. I personally belive that If you are a true believer, whenever god speaks to us he is actually expressing a thought, that can be understood by human being without any language barrier. Hence the voice in English that you are listening to (if he's really talk to you) is actually a kind of translation that are being done ourselves. Technically, God can speak all kinds of language!!

God is God he understands every language, plus God has his own language do will never understand.
