I used to work for a state government in the US.

For each month we worked, we earned 4 hours of sick leave and 5 hours of annual leave.

This accumulated (like a savings account).

You could use this accumulated leave to take off from work - if your supervisor said it was okay.

Full sick leave means you would get paid your normal rate of pay while out on "sick leave".

It means if you stay home sick from work, you will recieve a full days pay for the missed day.

if you get paid £200 a week and get full sick you get £200.
depends on how many days you are getting from your employer not all give full sick ,some give you 6 days full sick some 1 month etc it varies

you will get paid for a full weeks work if you are off sick for 1 week, and so on,
