Hi - not sure of sauna BELT but I know that saunas can be very dangerous. I know of a guy who actually collapsed and died after he had a sauna just after he came back from skiing. (?too much of a shock for the system). He was only in his early 40's.
He is not the first one I've heard. So be careful!
You sound like a female who is "chubby" and at your age you should be aware of what your body can take - belt may help lose a bit of weight but go gently, check blood pressure and pulse before and during the process.

No Pros, not at that age.

Your nervous system won't stand the heat, your muscles will get damaged & since at that age your skin is weak with almost no fat layers - Your flesh will cook inside.

Stay away from it!!!

not recommened as this is a poor poor way to spot reduce..its a fairy tale...spot reduction is not the key to getting your big belly or abs under control. you just get that heart rate up and sweat if off...thats the ticket
