how do u know when you have to get your tonsills OUT?

i have this werid Feeling like when i swallow,..... i feel like theres still something there.

You may have a small growth in your throat. Go see your doctor as soon as possible, and request that a scope be done ... if he/she can't see anything by simply looking down your throat. I don't think it would be your tonsils, as the need to remove one's tonsils usually occurs after repeated tonsillitis.

Usually tonsills will be with slight fever.
Remember that tonsils are your body protaction against germs, the get big when u have been infected by germs, to inform u that u r sick. it is unnecessary to remove them.
The only reason is when these defense system is destroyed and not working properly and occurs often.
