not with a healthy diet. the yolk is the worst for weight gain however, the best for other nutrients too though.

Eggs have about 4 grams of fat in them and good protein. So for weight, an egg a day is fine. But your cholesterol might go up. I think the recommendation for the heart is no more than 3 eggs per week.

If you eat more calories than you burn off, you will gain weight. All weight loss diets find a way to make eating fewer calories either easier or more obvious so that you can control it. (Many processed foods are packed with hidden sugars and fat - all of which have calories.)

Eggs are very nutritious and one boiled egg per day is unlikely to cause significant weight gain - especially if you are substituting it for a chocolate bar/biscuits/cheese burger with fries and a LARGE shake.

An egg contains about 80 calories so is not going to lead to weight gain on its own

eggs are good...have a couple with some oatmeal every day
eggs= 80 calories each...oatmeal is low in fat and good fiber..i did not like it at first but got used to having this every morning as it helps regulate your cravings

It depends on what you'll eat the rest of the day. All these diets are nonsense. It's all about calculating your calories intake and burning the calories.
