Try to find an English speaking penpal. This way you can converse in English if you both have mics for computers and you can write to each other which helps with reading and writing skills.

Read books and in the long run you can start watching English movie with subtitles.

Can you get English news broadcasts or English magazines? Do you have a dictionary?
