I just wanna know if smokeing and drinking energy drinks is bader then just drinking evergy drinks them-selfs. (I already know ciggertes are bad)

well cant say exactly as here are many answers and they are all ok but opposit
my teacher said he started smoking in very stage of life and said it dose not harm any body but still keeps us away form his own path
but i think that if carcon die DIE oxyde CO2
kills us then what is the point in having it in breath in while breathing huh?
so ....... we and nobody else should ever somke
as far as drinks concerned
they are actually having some liquids which harms our mind and thus decerising is capacity and efficiency and making us fell srtonger but in fact we stay as what we are so they are NEVER to DRINK

Stop smoking now. I'm 23 and I already want out, I have gone out and bought my last pack literally Hundreds of times I just can't kick it man. The energy drinks are good, to an extent, I drink a lot of those too.

first your stupid on both counts smoking and taking energy drinks at 14 your heading for a Major HEART ATTACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you must have real intelligent friends.or your mom is not thinking. if you were my kid,I'd sit you down with a carton of the worse tasting cig's and make you smoke them until you threw up and then I'd make you smoke more. and then i would take you to the morgue and let you see what smoking does to your lungs enrgy drinks are just caffine that makes your heart beat faster no health benifits.
