I've had it for bout a week and it dropped as i was getting out of my car without me noticing. I have the warranty and everything, but i dont know if it being stolen falls under it.

No. A warranty doesn't cover theft - you need insurance for that.

No not a warranty or any type of thing like that will cover what happened to u. Those things only let u send the actual iPod in for repair.

Buy a broken Ipod of the same kind on ebay for cheap and then send that one in for repair of replacement. They don't know the difference.

Join the club i had my ipod stolen last year and had to pay for a new one. But atleast you didn't also have a guitar your wallet and all your clothes stolen like me lol.

u have to buy a new one.(because, if u tell them,that you lost it,they might think you are trying to scam them and get another ipod)then when you do buy a new one,also ask if u can buy insurance on it.hopefully you wont lose this one

Warranty won't help you there, it only covers damage.

If you have insurance, check with them. They may be able to help you.
