Its good that you are drinking 5 to 6 litres of water on a given day. It clears your system, purifies your blood. Drinking water helps us to look young and it also makes us cool and composed. Of my aunty told me that we should drink as much water we can drink possibly before 2 o clock in the afternoon, after 2 o clock we shouldn't drink that many litres unless we feel thirsty becos we might feel to go to toilet now and then and it might also affect our sleep.

The TV prog about food myths last week proved that all this business about having to drink 8 pints a water a day is a load of rubbish because about three quarters of the food you eat is mainly water anyway - most vegetables are at least 75% water for instance - so drinking all that additional water is neither good nor necessary for the efficient working of the kidneys.
Besides which, water is a very nice drink - providing you put enough Scotch in it ! ! !

Wow. . . well it really depends on the person but you should only be drinking around 7-8 glasses a day-about 1-2 litres. 15-18 might be overloading your body with water it doesn't really need.

i drink adequatly as i should
i have seen many people saying you should drink 4-5 liters of water daily but i think you should only drink when you need and as much as you need and if you do some hard work then water intensity of you body will raise and so the blood will be thicker which can do many harms in your body so i think that you should drink as much as you need without asking others

and as the question goes
i drink 2-3 liter of water daily
