Nope. Some people don't want to hurt your feelings so they say things that are contrary to what their body language is saying. I have found the body launguage to always be right. If a girl tells me she likes me, but her body is telling me something else, I know she just is afraid of hurting my feelings.

Only someone with a lot of practice can begin to mimic false body language .... FBI, CIA, USED CAR SALESMEN. :)
Most people are totally unaware of it .... and even if you learn it and can spot it in other people it's still much harder to control your own. So the answer is normally NO!
