If not allergic, drink tea made from two to three hibiscus flowers in the morning and evening. Also consume lots of pineapple juice. One should get phenomenol results unless there is a genetic reason behind a person being lean. Genetic disorders can be got over only through meditation based on self realization.

First off, this is a silly question. Why would you want more fat on your body?

Anyways, i would go the steroid route. It will allow you to gain quality muscle mass with little fat retention. That means you can possibly put on 5-20lbs of muscle mass and maybe 2-3% of body fat on a cycle. If you wanted more fat just eat more fatty foods.

The steroid of choice for women (based off you name) would be primobolin. Its a mild anabolic that will give you softer gains. Meaning your muscle mass gain will not be extreme, the water retention will be low and the muscle gained will be quality and you won't lose it after you are off. Check it out.

sleep more often, eat more often, take faty food, oily and fried ones. take chocolates as much as you like to, take as much cake as you can, and every other sweets. do little excersize, but not very tiring, dont forget taking enough water though and taking breath. :)
