Hi

You have three options really. One is to return to the Chrysler dealer to get them to check out the code. You can contact an agent from The Yellow Pages who will input a new code, for about £20-£30. Or you can buy a new set!! Oh one more option, leave it as it is and have no music, doh!!!!! Seriously though, each car has its own unique id code. The previous owner may know it, or it may be written somewhere on the documentation. If you do get it re-coded make sure you write it down.

Happy listening (eventually)

I believe each radio code is different. This is a theft-deterent system to prevent your radio from getting stolen. You must take your car to the dealership where they'll cross-reference it with their computer and reset it.
While this may be a slight inconvenience to you, it is much better than having your windows busted, your dash ripped apart, and your radio stolen that way, eh?
