On #1. you could try using Vitamin E oil or a product that is sometimes used for surgical scars called Mederma. There are some generic equivalents to the Mederma if cost is an issue.

For #2. I would recommend talking to your primary care dr to start off with to see whether you need to see a dermatologist.

For #3. You can try facial products such as Noxzema or Physoderm (comes in a couple of formulations) and there are generics for these that can help on the cost level and also some are using a product called Proactiv that seems to be very helpful to some.

For #4. I know that there are different cream products such as Vitamin C cream that might be of help but check with your dr to see if this is safe for you to use.

I would also recommend talking to your dr to check for things such as hormone imbalances that could be playing in to a lot of this.
