express him by showing how much you care , love. spend more time with him and give him importence.give courage to him in his work realize him how strong he his and help him always.

Start by taking good care of him and doin practical stuff. Guys love practicality and crave the whole maternal caregiving thing (yes even if they're older) so for starters you could bake cookies, make his favourite foods and take care of his basic household chores (if he allows).
You could also plan nice surprises for him, like candle-lit dinner in an amazing restaurant (if hes into that), picnic in a park, a nice surprise dinner or random gifts in random areas of his house (buy things that he needs, shaving cream if hes out of it..ie).
Lastly, always be available for him emotionally and treat him right- but i bet you're doing doing that ;)

well i have done this before and works a treat buy some candles i used approx 110 place them all around the perimiter of your bedroom then get white sheets and lay on floor then red sprinkle rose petals all over the sheets and bed and also put a couple of candles on floor amoungst the rose petals but be sure not to have flames touching sheets light the candles and watch his reaction
