The complete cycle of an eyelash's life is 100 days. Have you ever noticed that you sometimes loose lashes and you find them on your cheek or something? Well that's when the eyelash grows to its maximum length and then falls out, leaving space for a new one to come out. Same happens with hair. So, from the time a new lash comes out to when it starts falling, it takes a hundred days. If you cut your lashes, eventually they will fall out and new ones will grow, but it will take some time.

Hi Zack, Yes they do. When my daughter was a year old we had to cut her eyelashes because they were going into her eyes. They grew back but not like they were before. They stay out of her eyes now. A Friend.

Eyelashes grow very like your hair grows, It just grows. It makes no difference if you cut them or your hair it will grow at your body's pace. some think vitamins will help, but vitamins only make it stronger not longer.

Ofcourse they do. Each lash has a hair follicule, just like the hairs on our head and eyebrows. You're not removing the lash from the root, like when it's pulled out. You're only cutting the tips. May I ask why you'd cut your lashes? I did once, but only by accident. Just the tips. They grew back. Have no fear.
