Go for brisk walks and drink lots of water. That's all that will work to reduce to size of your stomach. Just eating less won't do much. Once you've had a baby, your metabolic rate drops. And crunches aren't good for getting rid of belly fat--only strengthening the muscles underneath.
Btw, if you do drink a lot of water, you won't be hungry as often.

Do pilates with a qualified instructor. There are some Pilates classes with mommy and me. A great way to get out with your baby. Using the Pilates technique really strengthens the muscles around the perineum and the pelvic floor muscles. When you strengthen the pelvic floor it assists with a flatter stomach. Do cardio and weight training as well. Get as much rest as you can and drink plenty of water.
