First of all please don't go on a fad diet. . . the weight will come off easily but then you'll gain the weight again soon. What you need to do is exersize daily-around half an hour to an hours worth and remember you only start burning fat after half an hour of exersize, any exersize less than half an hour is just burning glucose.

Then you need to start eating less-some people like three small meals a day or you can have 5-6 even smaller meals if you snack a lot. But try not to snack on unhealthy options-go for fruit or celery. If you want do allow yourself a treat every now and again. Good Luck!

Drink water, Yes - But don't cut your regular meals ( Not Junk Food ), include more greens, fruits & juice rather than starch.

Vegetable & Fruit salads help. Make salads as colourful as possible ( I mean include many varieties of contents, not artificial colouring ). Fruits or Vegetables of different colours have different sets of nutrition & have different healing properties - So why not include all possible varieties for better nutrition.

One hour walk is less unless it is Extremely brisk. If you can't spare more than 1 hr a day, then at least try jog for that hour. If jogging at once for an entire hour is not possible - Start with brisk walking & jogging, slowly increase the jogging until you can jog for the entire hour.

Try incorporating aerobics into that one hour as well - It really helps give your body a beautiful shape & tone.

Do it and Nothing can stop you from losing those kilos...

All the very best!!! ♫☺♫

I would guess that most people would find it almost impossible to jog for an hour and this is also way overkill, 20 minutes is plenty 2 times a week, try doing some strength work (Light weights etc) twice a week and incorporate some swimming and healthy eating, fruit, salads, lean meat. Plenty od protein and cut back on the carbs.
Most important

EAT BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING.

not drinking soft drink i lost 7kilos (bout14pounds). doing all of that you said above would help heaps but it would be hard to stick to a regime like that, and you're likely to have a blow out and put it all and more back on. just cut out a couple of things, everything in moderation. any extra physical activity will help, should always try and get your heart rate up for at least thirty minutes a day, and after a while it becomes fun. try taking stairs instead of lift, walk to work, or get off the bus couple of stops before.. good luck.. you can do it!!

I take it you are outside the U.S. so I can't answer based on kilos but based on the American system the amount of weight to lose on a weekly basis in a safe manner is about 1/2 to 1 pound per week.

So based on that you are looking to try and lose about 20 lbs by July.
