there are blood and urine tests available like diabetes and pregnancy what you are asking for though you need to either go to an NHS GP or go private.

I agree that some of the replies have been less than helpful..downright arrogant even.
If your are illegal which is one reason i can think of why you may not have a gp to go to then you should go to your nearest walk in centre which is usually located at the nearest A&E hospital...if your symptoms are such that the doctor thinks you need the tests then you will be referred for them.
If it is indeed a matter of feeling the doctor does not believe you then you may have to consider that he is right..but seek a second opinion first.
Doctors in the uk are very busy so as far as i know there is no service here that offers the same as what you describe which seems to be a very impersonal service.
Geting a diagnosis involves not just interpreting biological data but looking at lifestyle and normal health and taking a full history.

The big advantage of going to a GP first is that you hopefully avoid unnecessary radiation from x-rays that are not needed and appropriate blood tests can be organised, if they are needed at all. Good GPs go through quite a process in GB simply to decide which investigations to carry out.
They learn how to do this in medical school for 6 years, followed by at least another 5 years before they become GPs! Its a good system, don't knock it.

I don't understand why you would want any of the above unless you are ill - and if you ARE ill, why not go to see you local GP?
Some of the replies to your question have been a bit harsh, maybe the language differences makes your question sound more like a demand for these services?
You can pay to go private, but the good thing about our country is that, if you are ill, you don't need to.
Go and see your local GP - Dr Frank above sounds like a decent lad. I wish my GP had his wit and cynicism - LOL!

i comprehend those exams are terrible and so embarrasing yet please pass and get it performed. i do no longer advise to lecture you yet my mum died of cancer, and that is one type which will be detected early and dealt with very fairly. All i'm able to say is to ask that you spot both a lady wide-spread practitioner or nurse and communicate by your concerns and fears and that i'm positive that they are going to comprehend and do each thing they could that could also help you. Please pass the try is over very quick yet as you're saying the wait will be some week, notwithstanding the record would nicely be in a position to speed them in case you clarify. I do sense for you, yet please pass and get the smear performed. I favor you all the very acceptable and sorry to hearken to that both your sisters were clinically determined with cervical cancer.
