an intro can have a question, quote, personal story, or even a joke. the primary focus for all reports or speeches is to gain your audiences attention.

Drugs in Australia are a serious problem because of their lack of reliable supply. All the druggies would be so much happier if they could just get on whenever they wanted.

Utilize your police department. They have programs and I'm sure you can pick up some of their brochures and find out what is age appropriate for your children.
