Cats can live for along time There was a cat that lived until he was 29 years old My mothers cat lived to see21 so with lots of TLC and luck your cat could live a long long life, Note: My mothers cat never went outdoors Strickly a indoor cat.
Good luck and hope he lives a long healthy life

It depends on if the cat has any health problems.
My aunt and uncle have a Siamese that's over 20 years old. My grandma had a cat that was put down at 19.

they can live up to 18 years if they are strictly indoor and desexed and vaccinated , if they go outside well that decreases their chances of long term survival, hit by cars, attacked by teenagers, fights with other fiv infected cats. keep em indoors only it's safer for them.
