the bodybuilding community thinks its unhealthy. the everyday citizen thinks its healthy. the governement andcorporations trick us into thinking their products are healthy, which is 90% never the case. quakers oatmeal flavored in unhealthy but most people would think that it is. society is retarded. and lays chips that claim they have 0 trans fat DO have trans fats!

You are talking about Asian food in Europe. Asians wouldn't eat such muck, but it's what we want, so that is what we get. But pick your menu more carefully. Non-fried stuff is really tasty. And a fried meal now and again wont hurt you.
Why do the English live on fish and chips - heavy in fry oil? Same question.

Asian food like Western food can be fattening but is generally less processed since the emphasis of Asian food is freshness. Also Asian food is meant to be eaten in smaller portions we usually eat at a table, because eating 'together' is sociable activity, with shared main courses (one fish and or meat dish, one vegetable, one soup) using a small bowl for eating out of so one never feels pressurised in to eating 'your plate'. In Thailand we usually eat 5 times a day but if you notice, the individual 'plates' from stalls/restaurants are smaller. My mama affords to shop daily for fresh produce from the wonderful markets and that makes a huge difference to the taste of the food. In Asia, the ingredients don't need sauce or butter or processing to taste good. So by eating more often, in smaller portions with emphasis on fresh produce is a winning combination, Asian and Western food alike.

because they are grown naturally not through chemicals usage. the climate in Asia, the water, the earth, the soil, the weather are all so perfect for veggies and fruit growth; however you can find such nice climate or suiting at north America too (places with madetaranian climate). But in south and central America or Europe mostly they grow the veggies and fruit with chemicals, since the climate is not suiting for their growth well. you can further go on google search and read about veggies ad fruits that are growing naturally or through chemicals, what are the benefits, hazards and many more.

I think it's polite to burp in Arab countries and to use the right hand to eat with, but I've never heard of the Taj Mahal thing.

I think it is like American food. Some of it is healthy and some of it isn't. I think a great majority of the American public thinks it is healthy because most Asians that I have seen are slender.

We fry them with vegetable oil, not animal fat. Vegetable oil don't cause harm. When I boil things in China, I also add some vege oil. Especially when I use non-stick pans to fry, I do not add much oil at all.
