Obviously humans. More humans attack and kill in minutes than all dogs do in years. Yet the media doesn't report facts like these. Or that more humans Pit Bulls than any they do the other way around. It's unfair. Not long ago APBT's were one of the top breeds, this was in the 40's and 50's. What changed? People.
The little rascal's beloved dog is an APBT.
This year the Animal Planet annual "puppy bowl" during the Super Bowl had a APBT, but because of the bias they labeled that dog the 'All American'. People called in wanting to know more about this 'cute' dog. Imagine that, most didn't realize this dog they all wanted to adopt was a 'pit bull'.
APBT's are loving dogs. Ours, Sasha, came to us through friends. Who unknowingly adopted her when she was way too young. The breeder seperated her early from her mother as is common with some horrible APBT's breeders who want to instill aggression. Thus denying these dogs the proper learning time withh their littermates and mother. It's horrible.
Sasha is great, she is doing well learned quickly and is very loving. She has never shown any signs of aggression. Why? Because she is being properly trained, she isn't left in the backyard chained up. She is being properly socialized with people and dogs.
People need to train their dogs any dogs. To leave your dog untrained is abuse in our eyes. Thank you for helping to educate people!

Humans of course. The Pit Bull is a very misunderstood dog.
Pit bulls were originally bred to be both a family dog and to be used in (now illegal) dog fighting. Breeding programs in the U.S. in the 1920's emphasized breeding puppies for dominance and a high degree of gameness, as well as the loyalty and obedience that this group of dogs remains so famous for. These traits, along with others, made these dogs unique in that a handler could remove his dog from the ring during a dog fight without risking being harmed himself. Pit bulls were never trained to be aggressive toward their human owners.
There is a common belief that pit bulls were bred to be aggressive. This is not true. Pit bulls were bred for strength, tenacity and dominance in order to be successful in the ring. These traits can lead to aggression if not channeled properly. Pit bulls, like all dogs, are social pack animals. Aggression is not natural in any dog and should never be encouraged.

Humans. Pit bulls are just a product of their environment. They can be every bit as safe as any other breed with the right training and love, provided that you never strike them. Aggression breeds aggressive behavior.

Humans are definetly at fault, a properly restrained animal of any breed will not be a threat to either humans or pets. The reason breed bans do have support is that too many either irresposible or criminal people own dogs and either don't care for them or willfully train the dog to do bad. The results are, dead or maimed people or pets, too bad for the dog that their masters cause this.

"Razor's side" and "Gotty" and such are strains named after their sires (father's blood). I even have observed canines with such lineage in purebreed exhibits in the previous. pink/pink noses are canines with in simple terms that coloration nostril, as a blue nostril pit is a canines comparable to that gray coloration. None of those could do with length or something. wish I helped out, yet in the previous you purchase any puppy be sure the breeder is respected and the puppys are healthful. parents' temperments additionally be sure that of the canines.

HUMANS!
Pitbulls were bred to fight by *humans*.
they are just dogs, humans are prejudiced towards them.
Although they do attack humans sometimes, humans kill more pitbulls than the other way round.
