i resevd a austrian visa in jordan i want to transfer it to syria how i do so?

cause the jordanian border's now not allaowing iraqies to travel to jordan,so ineed to transfer my visa to syria

You have to go to the Syria Embassy in order to get a visa. Everything that you have to do with traveling to other countries you have to go to the embassy or consulate of the determined country ir order to get visa or what you are asking for. Good luck.
