I assume your talking about the Commonwealth Bank in Australia, you can get money from ATMs but you cannot use it for EFTPOS as you would here, just get the money out at an ATM. When I was in Thailland I withdraw the maximum amount, I think it about $300 because you get charged like $6 for every withdrawel so dont waste it on little amounts. There is a limit on how much you can get out in one go.

Hi, I believe you r keycard is an ATM card for money withdrawal from you r account. You will have to check with your bank if the one you ave is an international ATM card. If not, flip the card over and look at the back if it can be used on PLUS or STAR or NYCE or THE EXCHANGE or CIRRUS or MAESTRO services network. If it does support any of the above, especially PLUS and CIRRUS, you can withdraw in local currency in Thailand and there is no need to go to a currency exchange booth.

Confirm with your bank. If not your bank can issue you with an international ATM card in a very short time.

PayPal needs your BSB and your account number. You should check with your bank if your savings account can be used on Paypal. Shouldn't be a problem and by the way, PayPal has nothing to do with net banking. You also need to be 18 or older to use Paypal, and yes they do check these days so don't try and fool them. You'll end up totally banned from using their payment facility (PayPal).
