I think they are great dogs. I have been sharing your videos with a few prejudiced people hoping it will make a difference.

A Pit Bull like any other breed of dog is whatever its owner makes it into. By nature, they are unusually devoted to their families and love people. They are extremely dog aggressive as they were bred to fight other dogs, but this can be curbed with training. Like most dogs, they need a job or some kind of vigorous daily activity to keep them healthy and out of trouble.
A good owner knows how to make a dog friendly and too busy to get into trouble. A bad owner fails to socialize the dog and doesn't give the dog something to do everyday. A monstrous owner fights the dog, beats the dog, and/or neglects the dog. So a Pit Bull can be friendly and well mannered, unruly and possibly dangerous, or driven to the brink of insanity (or beyond) depending on his owner.

i don't believe that they are born monsters, i think that it is the owner who creates the monster. as with any other kind of dog breed the way you train them and treat them is exactly how they will turn out to be. it is true that a pit bulls jaw structure is different from most other dogs but that alone does not make them monsters. i also believe that the media has alot to do with the reputation that haunts them.

I have no intention of watching your video.
Although some may be good animals it does not matter how you train them, they still have the potential to snap at any minute, it's not their fault, it's just in their nature.
My mangled right hand is evidence.
What was I doing to get bit you ask? Petting the dog like I had for years. The dog was never treated badly, never even been spanked, and had barely even been scolded in its lifetime.
It also tried to kill their three year old daughter a few weeks later and she had to have skin graft surgery. She was sleeping with the dog at the time.
Retards indeed my friend.
How sad.

They are heroes. I love our APBT. She is more of a lap dog than our Shih Tzu. She is also subservient to our Shih Tzu who is the 'alpha' dog of the house! The two of them are great pals and people are always surprised to see this little Shih Tzu and this 'pit bull' playing, walking or hanging out together. or how Sasha, our APBT, will let our Shih tzu lead, etc...
Luckily our APBT"s don't know what the biased media thinks of them! All they know is that they are there to love the people who love them!

boo ******* hooo a dog mangled my right hand,
what were you doing to the dog that made him want to bite you.
Animals, like people are a result of their environment. If you a raise a dog to kill. It will kill, or at least try
Guess what? people can snap at any minute too.

Pit bulls are extremely kind and gental animals. The reason they go bad is because idiot people raise them to be that way!

Pitbulls are nice dog. They can get agressive only if human train them to become one. They are very submissive to human and extremely loyal. Just because of their look is tougher and stronger, people always misunderstand them as mean dog.

pit bulls can be very sweet and loving, it's usually just the way they are trained. if trained as an attack dog, they will make excellent attack dogs, but just for pets they can be very tame and loving... just don't raise them mean and they won't be monsters.

these stories are bullcrap but lets say they are true.so a few pitbulls do a good thing.why don't you post all the stories where they attack a human or another dog?80%of the time you hear of a dog attack it's a pit or a dog closely related to it.
