Corvids (species crows are related to...ravens, crows, bluebirds, robins are all corvids) have 2 eyelids.

They have minute, small hairs on them which we'd call eyelashes, and they are not as easily visible as human eyelids or eyelashes.

They have 2. They have a standard outer eyelid, but they also have a opaque inner lid called the Nictotating Membrane, this membrane is used to clear away any debris from the surface of the eye as well as protect it from injury.

Just like everyone has said, they do have 2 sets, the outer eyelid that closes like our do, and inner eyelids called NICTITATING membranes that actually go from one side to the other, it starts on the inner side of the eye near the beak and goes over the eye toward the outside edge of the eye.
