Before the decision of breaking-up is made, let's take a few steps back to see the whole picture.
You like her a lot. What makes you like her so much? Is it only because she is very cute and sexy? Did you want to be in a relationship with her only because she is cute and sexy or is it because she is caring, considerate, loving, fun and understanding? Or are there any other good points in her that you are attracted to? Once you have decided to be with her, it takes more than throwing dice to make a relationship work. It takes a lot of understanding, love and care.
When both parties get too comfortable with each other, they will tend to overlook the big picture and start to pick on the small little things. Think about it for a while.. When you first got to know her, did you like her partly because she was socialable or friendly? She maybe both and she may have been talkative during all these while but you only start to realise it now because it is starting to get on your nerves..
In addition, ask yourself this question. What is it about her that you really find it annoying? Is it because of certain things that she had started doing recently and you don't see eye-to-eye on it? Or is it because you are no longer attracted to her? Or is it because she is really talking much more than usual...
Write down the pros and cons on why you love / like her. As mentioned, being in a relationship is always. But making it work and be successful in it takes more than luck. Love isn't always a bed of roses. And breaking up is always an easy way out.. My advice is, write up a list of the pros and cons. And if there is still hope, sit down with her and gently tell her that there has been a slight problem.. But remember, be objective when you are talking to her. Think first of what you want & how you want to talk to her. The main objective is to get the point across to her, not to end up arguing or be at each other's throat.. ok?

Don't break up with her over such a Little thing,it could be worse.Maybe u should try talking more or tell her that u HAD a girlfriend that talked a lot about nothing and it was a turn off.Hopefully she'll get the hint.

If she is that annoying and you can't stand her talking all the time, you should tell her and it she continual to speak out of turn all the time maybe you should conceder leaving.But try and work thing out, its such a little thing to break up over, if you really like her.

I think you must let her understand that talking a lot is bad thing to do and she have to change it if she want to be better person and you may let her some times to talk as she wish because it hard to change something she used to do it.

Just tell her how you feel. Share with her what you want her to do. It will not be fair for her if you decided to break up with her without giving her a chance to be better.

u dont need to mind the way she talks and hoe annoying she is what u just have to do is to correct her calmly when she is going off the road.u dont need to break up with some one u love coz everyone has its ups and downs u just have to endure for u achieve what u want to achieve if u love her.

you say you like her alot hey? well - then don't break it off. just tell her that silence (by whichever means...) is also good once in a while...
