Go to http://addons.mozilla.com & search for VideoDownloader & Download Embedded. VideoDownloader downloads videos from Youtube while Download Embedded downloads Flash objects embedded in websites.

you go to a site and click the download button on that site. if your pop up blocker from firefox is blocking sites on top click tools, options, click the globe like icon on top and unchk the pop up blocker box...
