I was wondering if there was a way to lock or make a folder password protected so that only i may open it. I have tried doing it by right clicking on the folder, hitting customize, and choosing the privacy option but the only thing that did was make windows ask me for a password to open windows up..i dont want that i just want the folder to be locked.

look I know a little secret in making a folder invisible. no I don't mean going to properties and clicking on hidden. that's to easy. I mean making it invisible and having it right where you want it. in the desktop, in my documents. wherever and nobody will know it's there. if you want to know email me and I will give you the steps to take. I have mine like that and only I know where they are. lol
