is it true that the Koran says something like "if a muslem dropes the flag of muslem they should be killed." I myself am not a muslem a kid at school told me that so is it true?

Islam has no flag, so no. If you mean apostates, that too, is no. Quran says if somebody leaves Islam, then comes back, then leaves, then comes back, and then leaves again, it is a matter between them and Allah. How can they keep leaving and coming back if they are dead? If you want to find out who kills for leaving or refusing to believe, check your nearest bible. Islam has no flag.

This is a big misconception and anti-muslims use to distort Islam. You are free to choose your faith and are held accountable for your choice. The only case you should be killed is when you leave Islam, form a violent anti Islam group and fight muslims - which any one would do if they are attacked (fight back).

Those who say Allah is the same as the God of the Bible are simple ignorant of both the Scripture and what the Quran teaches.
The Quran says: "God has no Son" and forces its adherents to believe God has no son, thus directly attempting to nullify the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Quran denies also Jesus is the Christ/Messiah.
The Scripture says explicitly: "Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. HE THAT DENIES THE SON, THE SAME HAS NOT THE FATHER". (I John 2:22)
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ.
In fact, Jesus said....your salvation depends on you BECOMING A SON OF GOD.....by being born OF GOD.
"But as many as received him (Jesus), TO THEM he gave the power to become the Sons of God, even to them that believe in his name, which were born.... not of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God"- (John 1:12)
