Now I'm so stressed ,, depressed ,, I feel that my mind is not working properly ☹

I've been there and the only way to fix it is to stay up, even when you are wanting to take a nap in the afternoon, until you have to fall asleep (try 10:00). I always used to stay up all night, goto school, then fall asleep when I got home, but that screwed me up. Don't take naps. Fall asleep atleast 8 hours before you have to wake up. The next day you won't feel too great but if you pull through and fall asleep at the same time the next day you'll be fine.

I have the perfect solution, read this!! It will put your sleep back on track!!

Hello, just wanted to let you know of a miracle pill that puts you to sleep, available over the counter, is actually very very beneficial for your health, the health of your brain and is only 3 bucks!! I had trouble falling asleep for years. I would lay in bed, and think and think and think for hours before I could fall asleep. It was literally driving me crazy!! I had tried every over the counter sleeping pill on the market and nothing helped. I turned to Nyquil and that did the trick. I had been drinking Nyquil almost every night to go to sleep until I stumbled upon this miracle sanity saving nutritional supplement named MELATONIN. And you can buy it at any GNC health food store. I advocate GNC because the melatonin they use goes through 85 different quality checks before its bottled. Buy the sublingual melatonin. The kind that dissolves underneath your tongue tastes like cherries and it’s good for you!! If you have any questions before you buy it the sales associate at GNC should be able to answer any questions you have. It comes in 1 mg, I take 2 right before bed. The only side effects are weird dreams for two nights if any at all. Should be taken at regular bedtimes in the evening.
God Bless
P.S. after you try it and it works don’t forget to tell others about it. You could be saving someone else’s Sanity

What works for me is to tough it out and, say if I stay up all night and go to my early classes, I'll stay up for that entire day rather than falling asleep between classes or catching up on sleep during the day. By that night you'll be so exhausted that you'll be able to fall asleep at a more normal time.

You have to reprogram yourself to go back to sleep the hours you used to do. Once you are sleep deprived, you can not oversleep to catch up-it will not work.Sleep deprivation causes stress, and depression, etc. Once you start going back on your regular program-you will be fine and your boddy will reprogram itself.Try some sleeping pills if you need to do so. Just take them about an hour before you usually go to bed-or was going to bed.

If you feel like you can't get enough rest before classes, then try to meditate. When I was in nursing school, it was a nightmare for me to sleep at night. First take a long hot bath to loosen your'e muscles, then sit up straight, and breathe deep for 20 minutes, clear all thoughts & just close your'e eyes & conentrate just breathing deep, slow breaths.IT helped me & it works.
