hi i am a 20yr old male I recently just got a hernia repaired I have been wanting to get my abdomen back in shape b/c of it getting repaide the doctor said it is ok for me to start exerciseing again but i don't want the hernia to open up again what i am curious is what type of abdomenial exercises would be great for me as a starter exercise to get my muscles back into shape

also I need some foot exercises to strenghten my feet and toes any ideas for that

Knee lifts and 30 minute walks. Also, calf raises with wieghts on your shoulders. When you feel up to it, take a martial arts class. The kicking is great for your abs!
