hi i am a 20yr old male I recently just got a hernia repaired I have been wanting to get my abdomen back in shape b/c of it getting repaide the doctor said it is ok for me to start exerciseing again but i don't want the hernia to open up again what i am curious is what type of abdomenial exercises would be great for me as a starter exercise to get my muscles back into shape
also I need some foot exercises to strenghten my feet and toes any ideas for that
