This is complicated. There is this boy that my friends want me to go out with. His friends want him to go out with me. I thought I didnt like him until he asked me out, because his friends wanted him to. He didnt really like me. So I said no because I didnt like him and he didnt like me. Now after I said no, I hear he likes this other girl. Now I am jelous and dont know why... Have I gotten feelings for him?

Sometimes, you can decide that you 'were' interested when you really aren't/weren't just because the other person has moved on and didn't persue you!
I think that if a guy who did like you were to ask you out, you wouldn't be feeling jealous of this other boy.
What's next? Ask yourself 'why did this boy not like me?' - Are you insecure? Too pushy? Too loud? Too quiet? Too 'friend dependent'? You need to develop your own sense of style, and confidence. (Brains and beauty are an attractive combination - but can also intimidate some boys. However, once you (and they) grow up, and they become men, that 'brains and beauty' combination can stand you in good stead!

Did you ever hear about a guy that liked you but you didn't like (or never heard of) him? Chances are you did. Even though you never heard of him, I bet you looked at him everytime he was in the same room as you....you were just looking at him to see if he looked at you. If he started to dig some other girl, you'd probably be jellous...no offense...it's just human nature.

A least you thought you didn't, but it seems now you might have feelings for him, now that he is interested in someone else. Before when you didn't want him, and he you, now that someone else wants you and your can't have him you are envious, not jealous.
