You need at least 2 glasses of milk a day to maintain the calcium intake required for a healthy adult.

You can try low fat milk, they have higher percentages of calcium in them.

drinking milk is supposed to help you lose weight. Milk is a good source of calcium, vit D and a few other necessary goodies your body wants and needs. I think you might want to take a look at something else you may or may not be eating if you are gaining weight, maybe not enough excercise.

Its not too much milk....its too much fat and calories than what you burn in a given day. It applies to everything. Think about it if you eat 3000 cals a day but only burn 2000 cals a day you are going to gain weight. If you have 1500 cals a day and burn 2000 cals a day you will lose weight because the extra cals comes from stored energy in the form of body fat.

DON'T THINK SO, MY WIFE DRINKS ABOUT A GALLON EVERY 2 OR 3 DAYS. SHE'S 39 AND IN GREAT SHAPE.
