How important is...the invigorating, rich and aromatic coffee in the morning? Sometimes I want to fall asleep fast as I will wake up and drink my favorite Italian espresso.

I love my coffee in the morning...I only have 1 cup but it has to be really good coffee and brewed fresh.....yummy
