If you are asking this question on the philosophical level, then there is no symbol for hate. This is only an emotion created by anger that is momentary and guided by selfishness for the most part. Love is an emotion that is ongoing and hate is one that will slowly diminish. Therefore, picking a symbol for hate would not be logical since a symbol is forever and hate is temporary. This is why, I believe, a symbol has not yet been established for hate.

Because you really want the antithesis of the heart of love, and yet since it's not a good idea to use something like the Nazi swastika (a terrific symbol of hate if there ever was one), how about a darkened heart with the red symbol for "NO" over it? That is, a red circle with a diagonal? I think people would get the idea.

Out of the abundace of the heart EVIL does speak, The heart is not a symbol of love, a symbol of love is giving without ever expeciting return. Its invisible, Look at the foolish ness of men they give flowers to women they love when all flowers Die, think if the flowers die so will that love, If you want to see love and I mean real love, You give to the homless, a person you do not know, If you want to see love, you care for someone that no one else cares about. If you want to see love you open your home to a total stranger. If you want to see love you take in a person whom is beaten whom you do not know. If you want to see love you give to someone whom no one else understands. Only then will you see love.

There is no natural symbol in the human body for hate - for hate is an evil thing, which is a negation of the good|

If God created the human body, and created it good, naturally there would be no symbol in it for such a thing|

I myself can't see it being a cross (Because then why would Christan's wearing it around their neck? Jesus dies on the cross for our sins)
How about the tongue- Because it can say what it wants. Mean, hurting things. Have you ever heard someone say," They are so sharp tongued?"
Just a guess
