Basically, hell is the *negation* of all our desires| - and that for all eternity|
That is the just punishment for those who unjustly negated others to advance in life for themselves - for example, the salesman who would ruin a pensioner to make money off of him so he can buy the next higher grade of golf clubs, or the cool person who would torment and humiliate those lacking social skills just to advance their cool standing with others| Or someone who would deny another basic justice and respect, just because he refuses to join their clique|
It is things of that sort that are damnable|
The whole theme of the Bible is that our eternal salvation depends upon how we ministered to, or not, to the needy, or how we defended, or not, the defenseless (such as, did we defend them, or did we join in the attack on them because it was expedient or cool to do so?)|

...Opinions are like noses - just about everybody has one. I prefer to look at the Bible for the answers to this one.
...Hell will be no picnic, in contract to what some think. It is described as the lake of fire, a place of everlasting torment, the place of outer darkness, with wailing and gnashing of teeth, and one will be away forever from the presence of the Lord.
...Many laugh, but this is serious stuff - I hope all readers will make arrangements to miss Hell, by trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior.
...Whosoever will, may come.

A never ending "Greatest Hits by Celine Dion".
Okay, seriously, I think it's more or less a justice punishment, let say you killed someone by stabing him, you'll get stabbed there again...and again...and again. Then if you were a rapists, you'll go through all the mental stress the victim and her family suffered because of you,
basicly I think Hell would be punishment for our sins on Earth.

I think hell is a place that is much like the sun, only hotter, where those who go there will have their skin burnt off instantly and then their skin will instantly manifest only to be burnt off again, instantly. I base this on the beliefe that when we die we are given a new body, one that can never die, and then face God to stand account for the way we lived our lives.

I agree with you. Especially so in regards to knowing the love of God, then neglecting to act in accordance with what that guides one to do is a deeply hellish experience, more so than anything else conceivable IME.
God bless

The gnashing of teeth description doesn't sound very pleasant. I agree with you about being eternally seperated from the Creator.
