A lot of people get overwhelmed with their life and visualize what it would be like to 'get away' from it all, but none of us really want to leave. We just want to feel better. If you're feeling that low, you may need some help to get out of it. Talking to a counselor or someone you trust can help a lot. Sometimes we have a hard time getting a perspective and other people can help you do that.

Don't spend too much time internalizing about it. It's better to let people know, who care about you, that you're feeling that low. There are always medications that can help to pull you out of that feeling. If your diet is poor, adding 'feel good' foods can help a lot. Exercise helps, as well. If you have some major issues from childhood that you haven't been able to overcome, it is really important to get them out. Write things down in a journal - both good and bad, and hopefully it will help you to see that you have some really good things to be here for.

Since your question was vague, I can only make some suggestions. If you'd mentioned why you feel this way, you may get more specific answers. Sorry if you're feeling this way, but please don't give in to those thoughts!

Serious thoughts of suicide are very dangerous. You need to talk to someone face to face NOW. Know that things can change--feelings are only temporary, but once you've done it, there's no taking it back. You will hurt everyone you love more than you can possibly imagine, and they don't deserve that. Some people botch it up and end up disabled or ill for the rest of their lives. If you are depressed, there is treatment for that. Please, seek help. Certainly, if strangers care about you, someone close to you does, so talk to them now. At the very least, call the suicide hotline or 911.

Well I not only thought about it, I did it. Died twice in one night for a grand total of about fourteen minutes. When you're in that state of mind, you're not, obviously, wondering about how it's going to affect others' lives. I did it because I hate this world so badly that I was willing to risk Hell. In fact, I still do hate this world and most of humanity. The first time, in 2002, I stabbed myself to death. I was a mess. A state trooper was trying to stop the bleeding but it was just coming out in too many places. The entire porch I was laying on was covered with blood. That's where I died the first time. Then they put me in the Life Line helicopter and flew me to Hershey MC and I died again on the heli-pad. I was in emergency surgery for four and -a- half hours because of all the internal damage I did to my heart, left lung, kidney, liver, stomach. Needless to say I was admitted to the psych ward after I came out of recovery. Then I did it again in 2003, and the most recent time was last year on October 16, 2006 when I took a ginsu knife and split both of my arms wide open until the muscle, veins, arteries, etc prolapsed and came out of my arm. I then stabbed my left arm through the bone. So in answer to your question, I didn't overcome it. I'm currently on a **** load of anti-psychotic and anti-depressant medication and very powerful mood swing medication to keep my gyroscope stable. Yes, I still hate life and my being here, but the psychiatrist is working hard to figure out why. I am still very suicidal. I guess my DNA was DOA or something.

ahhhhhhhhhhh, once again - there are many variables. in my experiences it is the ones that talk about doing it are usually the ones who will not. its the ones that keep to themselves u must worry about. i have USED suicide in ways to tell people of the importance of where u are in yer life or what is happening - some people when they are tired and hurt will say this but suicide takes strength. u can commit suicide without trying - drugs. u can hate yer life and want to die and project that onto others. the MOST IMPORTANT THING is to face to face release with a trusted handsome man - they are rare - just as magical women are.

Never

I do not like to even think of it...

Whatever may be the situation...We have to face and live.

we have absolutely no right to commit suicide as we should react against nature..
suicide is an very impulse act and if you delay few seconds you can totally avoid it...

Also for mind clarity we should stop worrying

To stop worrying we have N number of ways..

One can listen to music of his /her choice...

Physical Illness - Lot of developed medical centres are there...

the main reason for Attempting suicide in my opinion is worrying about others opinion and living on others opinion....
We have to throw all inhibitions and start living as our mind says... and come what may....
Mistakes may always be corrected,.... the more small mistakes you do , you go for refinement...
also weak minded persons can go for Yoga and meditations...
If finance is a constraint,, there are lot of free camps available.....

i presumed approximately it countless instances. when I walked all the thank you to the river to drown myself yet I saved remebering some thing my dad had stated while i became little. Everytime we heard approximately somebody committing suicide my dad might say, "it rather is the only maximum selfish act that anybody ought to do." To commit suicide attempt to be so concentrated on your individual discomfort and suffering which you at the instant are not thinking of all of the folk you will harm with the aid of killing your self.

Why are you asking a celebrity to answer the question?

Do you think only celebrities have thoughts of suicide. Lots of people have thoughts of suicide. What is the use to do something stupid like that and torture your friends and relatives for the rest of their lives?

If you feel your life is useless then go volunteer and do something good for others.

It's not the dead who are unfortunate in the situation of suicide: it is the living.

Suicide? Nope, too chicken, the farthest I've ever considered is an eating disorder. Talking to a trusted friend, exercising, serving others, and buying something new helps me.
