Nothing homemade works if you are trying to cure acne.
Acne is hormonal and requires a prescription for antibiotic or prescription creams.
If you are looking for a facial masque then dissolve about 6 aspirin in a tiny bit of warm water. Apply to your face and let set for 25 minutes or more. Rinse with cool water.
