We are from Mexico, and my husband, baby and I, are going to Toronto, Niagara, Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal (sorry if I don't write correctly de names), I'm worried about the weather because of my baby boy (almost 2 years by the date of vacations), do you have any suggestion about what kind of clothes do we need to carry for ours?

The eather varies a lot in April across Canada. In some places it's full-on spring - not a trace of snow, warm, flowers in bloom. In other places it can still feel like late winter. It is normally the rainiest month of the year. ('Though last year we had very little rain in April.)
Niagara will be the warmest of the places you plan to visit. 10-20 degrees C (cooler at night.) And there will be lots of flowers in bloom! Toronto will be nice too.
Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City will probably still have snowbanks and maybe some late season snow falls. but the temeratures won't be too cold. 0-15 degrees C. If there is any snow on the ground (early April) it will be very slushy (wet heavy snow.) You might need boots.
So... bring: insulated raincoat (or wear a fleece or sweater(s) underneath), scarf, hat, gloves, boots, umbrella and a blanket for your son's stroller.

We Canadians are usually very happy in April!!! ...Because it's the change of the season. By this time we're sick of winter and we're excited about the warmer weather, the lack of snow and the flowers. We're excited that we don't have to bundle up in warm clothing to go outside!
Enjoy your trip.

I live near Canada, so hopefully I can be of help. It really depends on the year what the weather is like, and also the area. Occassionally it can snow in April, especially in the northern areas that you'll be visiting (Quebec). However, April in Toronto and Ottawa will be warmer (40-60 degrees F, possibly warmer), but it's very rainy, so make sure you bring the proper clothing.

Ya Canada is kinda a large position, i'm happy you particular Toronto! (regularly individuals do not) Ontario is depressing. Like Minnesota... yet april must be superb and sunny once you're fortunate.. yet the position are you coming from? Then shall we evaluate for you...

It's going to be a lot cooler than you're used to, but it will be spring! Bring some warmer outerwear, but you shouldn't need anything heavy. If you get a cold spell... there will be plenty of end of season clearance sales to pick up whatever you need.

Check this out :)
