Stuffed potatoes are really versatile...they can be stuffed with chopped bacon, chopped onions, chopped chives, broccoli and then have grated cheese on top. The potatoes are cooked in the skins in the oven and when they are almost done they are removed from the skins mixed with the ingredients of your choice along with milk and butter mashed well and spooned back into the jackets and baked until the grated cheese on top is melted.The combinations are endless.

OK you first need to bake the potatoes. Then cut them long ways in half. Then scoop out the insides pot that in a bowl. Then add milk and butter salt+pepper mash them like mashed potatos.
