Take her a bowl of milk.. she will be starving by now if she's preggy or delivering she needs extra protein. My cats all wanted me to pet them and would hollar until I moved their basket to beside my chair where I could pet her and encourage her while she was working on birthing babys. If she hasn't been given enough protein while pregnant, she will eat the babys again no matter whether you look at them or not. So get busy and get her some milk and pet and praise her. Find some clean scraps of cloth to refill the basket when it gets messy and wash up the dirty ones so that when she's done having kittys that she can have a clean bed to sleep in. I used old towels and pieces of an old blanket I cut up but any clean cloth will work. Good luck and name one Veronica. :)

Are you sure she's had all the kittens she's going to have? My cat did that when there was a blockage (a dead kitten blocking the exit of the remaining live ones) and needed outside intervention. Suggest you ring the vet and / or take her there.

Never take the cat's baby when the mother is still there. She will kill the baby because the baby's smell is change. It's better that you let the mother give milk to the baby, few days after usually the mother will need food, in that time you can take the baby.

I've never heard of a cat killing it's litter because someone found them... are you sure you don't have a hamster? ;)

She may be in labor, or not. Either way, I think you should go check on your cat.

Oh good, the outdoor kitten gives birth to her brother's spawn. So, what's your question this time? If she can breed with her kittens? How long it will be before *this* litter dies? Call a rescue group and have the kittens picked up by someone responsible and over the age of 12.

You were irresponsible enough to not get her spayed because "you don't believe in it", to allow your cat to get pregnant with her brother, and to allow the first litter to die, so you now have to do what's right. Whispering on the computer isn't what's right. Calling a rescue group to come care for the entire brood is what's right. Allowing for her to take her kittens outside to get away from you and your family and then having them eaten by raccoons, possums, and dogs is NOT the right thing to do. Have a conscience and some heart and find her, and her kittens, a good home.

Edit: So, now the neggers want this person to continue breeding the cat with her brother? And leaving them outside to die? She's deleted most of her previous posts regarding this where she flat out said ridiculous things like "I don't believe in spaying" and "My cat can't come inside because we have infants in the home" and "I killed the first litter of kittens". She refuses to fix her cat and continues to allow it to breed over and over, leaving the kittens to who knows what fate. Shame on you neggers, and to pretty girl, for thinking this is OK.
