I work with a great guy. Yes, I like him - like him! I always feel more at ease if he's even in the building. If he's off, or leaves early...I notice my "bubble" is deflated. Is it love, lust, or something else?

Yes I've know him nearly three years. He has visited me at home. He loves my music. He even said I was his Valentine. One day when he left early to go home sick, it hit me! I am happier when he's around.

if you believe in honor and marriage-it is a start-yet if in it your biggest desire isnt to be friends-but something else-then it is lust in some form. friends dont hurt each other-and it is dangerous to date someone you work with make sure you have Jesus in the center of your life and pray about His perfect will -John 3 repented of past sins-even one lie, and born again with Jesus now your best friend-worked for me-I got a g/f for 4 months and I am not a slutty guy like I use to be-we even pray together every day-and its the most fun this way-lol she is away at teen bible camp-for 3 days-that is why I am here now!!!

Could be a mix of all three really. All I know for certain is that you shouldn't rely on someone else to provide you with the happiness in your life. When you find it in yourself it will never leave you completely and will make every relationship better.

I know how you feel... I feel the same when this guy is around me, for me - its just a matter of comfort. Its neither love or lust.

In my opinion, if you have to ask.... it's not love. But I don't know your age, his age, or any more specifics.
Lust is all about sex.... and nothing more. You can love people in many ways... friends, family, etc. So you may love him but maybe not IN LOVE WITH HIM.
And sometimes a friend is SO awesome that you really do feel great being around them. :)

I think it's something else. If you're not feeling just as "bubbly" when he's not around, then maybe you should talk with someone about it. You have to be happy with yourself first. His presence should make you feel tingly, but his absence shouldn't deflate your bubble.

I would say it is a friendship, and that you like to be around him because you would like this to escalate into more than a friendship, but no its not lust nor love.Have you told him how you fell about him, if not you should.

doesn't sound like lust....more along the lines of falling in love...i'm not going to say you're in love yet, but you do have genuine feelings for him.
