If you want to feel the history of the past era, Egypt is an amazing place to go. But please be very careful and very alert of any "cheats", swindling, and thieves. The place is not safe for ladies, tourist without companions. I took a package tour to the pyramids and was cheated of US$150. They gave all kinds of excuses for not bringing you where you wanted to go and demanded for extras if you wanted to get back to the hotel. Go with experience people, if you want fun. No fun if you get cheated out of nothing.

asallamolankum, well it does have a nice night life. in Alexandria there is this funny guy who drives around with a lion in his car. it also is home to one of the 7 wonders of the world. i would say yes providing you have some money. you should also look at maghrib. thats a kewl country as well.
