Muscle weighs more than fat. You may weigh more on the scale, but it doesn't discriminate between the two. Since you are a dancer you are in excellent shape, just keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat does. You definitely don't need to lose any weight. Sounds like you are at an exceptionally great weight now. Good for you!

If you dont feel fat, then your okay. Dont pay too much attention to the numbers on the scale. Focus on how you feel and how you look. You are at an average weight, but if you feel the need to shed a few pounds, here's some information that could help.

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running, exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

You could try and find out your body fat percentage. This would let you know for sure. If you have a larger frame and/or more muscle mass, you might weigh more, but still be healthy. But to be honest, being 5ft3, 128lb and a size 7 is perfectly fine, so I wouldn't worry too much.

HTH : )

REMEMBER! Muscle weighs more than fat!! I know this is sure a pain in the butt because you want the big muscles but the small numbers, but it's a fact! As long as you feel comfortable about yourself, you are totally fine! Plus you are a dancer, you are gorgeous and amazing!

That is an average weight for your age and height. If you aren't worried about your weight than forget it. You are growing. would wait until you are 15 or 16 to start dieting.

The best is to go to a profession site. I like http://www.southbeachdiet.com - just put in your info and it'll tell you if you're a healthy weight or not. It'll also give you your BMI (Body Mass Index) to see if you are where you should be or not.

You should be all good. Ask your brothers/sisters and parents what they think... just a simply question like, "You think I should lose weight for my dancing?" just to see what they say.
